Centaurea Nigra (Black Knapweed) Seeds
This is our native Black Knapweed. Growing to 3 feet it grows into a sturdy clump and start flowering by late May/June. The bees and butterflies cannot resist this little bright purple thistle flower and it flowers over a very long period. It is a very important part of a natural habitat for wildlife and insects.
Sow seed in Autumn in pots or in trays as usual.
