Digitalis – Lutea (Foxglove) 2 litre pot

This little foxglove is quite a rarity, being semi-evergreen, with a completely different leaf to its close relatives in the digitalis family.  Lutea Foxgloves are very elegant and slender in their form, an uncommon and attractive plant, growing up to 2ft (60cm), with slender glossy green leaves with pretty small pale yellow flowers crowded down on side of the flower spike.

A traditional woodland plant, ideal for a shady border or woodland area. This little beauty will, self-seed if you are not too tidy and don’t cut off the old flowers.

As with all medicinal plants All digitalis (foxglove) are poisonous.
