Digitalis – Lutea (Foxglove) Seeds
An uncommon and attractive small foxglove up to 2ft, glossy green leaves with pretty small pale yellow flowers crowded down on side of the flower spike.
Slightly trickier than Digitalis to grow from seed, just sprinkle onto moist seed compost, cover very lightly, cover with a seed tray lid and wait. Prick out once the first set of true leaves have grown. Sow in Autumn or early Spring.

A traditional woodland plant, ideal for the back of the border or woodland area. Foxgloves will, self-seed if you are not too tidy and don’t cut off the old flower stalks too quickly. Grows to 2 – 4 feet. This plant is poisonous.
