Parcelforce are no longer allowed to take a signature for delivery or just leave by the front door. They require that you make a statement in the Order notes box for "special instructions" at checkout.
Please give specific instructions like: Please leave at the side of the house or please leave with neighbour at number xx, or Please put in Blue/Red/Green Wheelie bin - etc.
If Parcelforce cannot deliver, they will take it back to the depot and the plants will DIE in the meantime.
