TAGETES Lemon Gem (marigold) – 4 in a 9cm pot)

These are tiny little bundles of fun, they can be used to fill pots, beds & borders with their non-stop bloomingness!  The foliage is feathery and fragrant and as they produce a simple daisy like flower the pollinators love them too.  They can also be used as companion planting as their roots are said to deter soil pests too.   Tagetes are a small dwarf only growing to 9 inches, so suitable to plant along the edges of beds and borders too.

Culinary note: The citrus tasting flowers have many uses, try them in salads, sandwiches or seafood dishes too.
