Thalictrum flavum 2 litre Tall pot

Frothy lacy blue/grey foliage makes this completely graceful, and very unusual.  This is the original species of Thalctrum, we have found that some of the tall thalictrum offered to the gardener is sterile and does not set seed, so we see no point…. Flavum very tough and easy, it develops into a very large reliable stately plant with burgundy red stems and reliably takes a very dramatic stance in a border – quite a key or focal point plant, reaching 8 feet or so with plenty of sun. 

The soft fluffy yellow flowers are great for pollinators with pronounced stamens.  

Grow in shade it is slightly smaller but still stunning – a must for a pollinators garden.
